Luxury Leather Goods for Men

Whether you’re out hunting for a classy item to gift your dad or grandpa or you’re looking for a decent men’s accessory for yourself, leather goods easily make the best choice! The not-so-easy part here, is judging the quality of the leather. Well, it depends upon three factors: The kind of animal from which it’s obtained, the way it’s treated, and the rank of the grain. We get three grades of leather: A (full grain), B (top grain), and C (split) with A being the finest leather. It’s highly unusual that you find this kind of leather in a regular store so do not be fooled if they tell you it’s real Grade-A leather cause it’s probably not.
So, let’s have a brief look at a few things men should look for when buying the following luxury leather goods.

Leather Belts While a regular belt costs you about 500 to 1000, a genuine Leather Belts in Pakistan can be pretty expensive. The pricing and the durability, both depend on the type of leather used to make the belt.
* Synthetic leather belts: FAKE leather. Made from different fibres and polymers to create the leather feel. Since its not real leather, the belts do not last long.
* Bonded leather belts: Although it’s 100% real leather, the manufacturing of the belts involve leftover scraps of unwanted leather from other products. The fibres are glued together and coated to form a belt.
* Full-grain leather belts: This belt is straight-up leather. Most durable, flexible and long lasting.
Leather Wallets Leather Wallets in Pakistan come in a variety of designs and textures. A few other popular designs include
* Bi-fold leather wallets: This wallet is folded in half. Designed to keep credit cards and banknotes. Usually, such wallets do not feature a coin pocket.
* Tri-fold leather wallets: Very similar to the bi-fold, with the exception that the wallet folds into thirds. They’re smaller in size but bulkier.
* Leather travel wallets: Designed to hold all essential documents, passports, foreign currency, ID card etc. Like the name indicates, this type of wallet is used specifically for travelling purpose. In order to keep the documents safe, it features a press-stud closure or a zip closure.
* Money clip leather wallets: Flat, small wallet, designed to be carried in the front pocket. Designed only to keep a few banknotes and credit cards held into place with a clip.
Leather Bags
Leather bags or briefcases come in a number of designs. While picking a bag, one must also test if it’s easy carry around as well. Your bag shouldn’t have a negative impact on your body. A few common designs include
* Attaché Case: Contains a hinged frame and two compartments. They’re quite sturdy!
* Shoulder Bag: Hang over shoulder. They’re portable and come in three types: laptop, satchel, & messenger.
* Portfolio briefcase: They do not feature a handle yet they’re quite portable and allow one to organise important documents and other light weight objects.
The final and most important thing to remember in order to save yourself from fraud is to make sure you that you buy leather goods from a trusted retailer. Not every store sells pure leather goods and even on clearance sale pure leather goods are a bit pricier than the synthetic ones you find in the market.
